Returns + Exchanges
All returned items must be new in packaging, unused, (no chew marks, no slobber marks, no pet hair… well, you get the idea!). If you were unsure of sizing, we suggest you measure your dog and then measure the collar prior to trying it on your dog. Once it has been tried on, it is no longer returnable. This policy is to ensure that every customer of Puppy Panache receives items in new, excellent condition. Please make sure all returns are sent trackable and you must get a receipt for shipment. We cannot be held responsible for any returns shipped elsewhere. All exchanges and returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. All Exchanges and Returns are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee and Re-Shipping Costs (if exchanging for a different size, there is no restocking fee). No exceptions will be made without prior permission. Free shipping only applies to the original order, if you are exchanging your item you will be charged for re-shipping.
Customization:
We can accommodate special orders based on sizing needs, if you desire.We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible (leaving 2 finger spacing underneath the soft tape measure) and carefully proofread your order confirmation for any errors or typos.
Please note: Orders for custom items cannot be cancelled, changed or returned at any time. General estimated shipping time on custom items can take up to six weeks, as all items are custom made by hand.
Product Descriptions, Images + Colors:
We have gone to great lengths to ensure accuracy in the descriptions and representation of our products. However, slight variations may occur. While the images on our website have been color-corrected to appear as accurate as possible, their appearance will correspond to the settings on your monitor and may not be exact.
Non-Deliverable, Refused + Unclaimed Orders:
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.All packages are shipped, with tracking available. You will be sent an email when your order has shipped, partially or in full. Your order may be delayed if we are awaiting an item so we may ship in entirety. Once your package reaches its final destination, Puppy Panache has no further responsibility. We have no control of postal services once your package leaves us and is scanned for delivery.
Chargebacks:
Credit card chargebacks are expensive both to Puppy Panache and the credit card companies/PayPal no matter if the charge back is warranted or not. The minute you fight the charge, everyone is charged the fees. To avoid this, if you feel you have an issue with your order or received an incorrect order or didn’t receive your order at all and before filing a claim with your credit card company, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you. If one of our customers initiates a chargeback with their credit card company or PayPal and the case is found in Puppy Panache’s favor, then the customer will be held responsible for the $20 chargeback fee we are charged. We spend a significant amount of money on free shipping, advertising and marketing to provide the service you desire. Puppy Panache is committed to you the customer and providing excellence.
Privacy:
We believe that your privacy and the privacy of all our users is important. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not distribute or sell your name or personal information about you to any third party. Any information you provide to us with will be held in confidence and used only to improve our services to you.
Legal Terms + Conditions:
By using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the site.
Indemnification:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Puppy Panache harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs and expenses (including all attorney’s fees), arising from or related to your use of the site.
Use:
Users have permission from Puppy Panache to print in hard copy portions of its site for the sole purpose of placing an order with puppypanache.com and/or using this site as a shopping reference. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or exploit in any way any part of the site. Any violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. All products are Internationally Copyrighted.
Violation of the Terms:
You understand and agree that puppypanache.comhas sole discretion, and without prior notice may terminate your access to the site, and remove any unauthorized user content.
